Process and cost

Initial appointments last for one hour while subsequent sessions last for 50 minutes. The initial consultation is an opportunity to discuss your current difficulties and to consider together how psychological therapy would be of help to you

If you decide to start therapy you would agree on a therapy plan, which would detail approximate amount of sessions and the obligations you have to each other

Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice will be charged at the full amount. No charge will be made on sessions when more than 48 hours' notice is given

Cost of assessment session: £70

Cost of therapy session: £60

Payment can be made at the end of each session by cash or cheque
